About the event

Calling a few amazing,successful,  badass* women business owners and leaders! Who are intentional about building a sustainable, leveraged and profitable business

It is that time of year again. Time to get away from your business and prepare for the next step forward.

Refocus, Relax, and Renew your passion and direction for your business.. As the leader in your business, you must be ready to lead. That is hard to do when you are overworked, overwhelmed, or just over-it.

After 12+ years of full day annual trainings our regular attendees asked and we listened and are launching this 

1st Annual Planning Retreat!  Extra time and space to dig into what you want to see in your business in 2023 and beyond.

For these 3 days, stop rushing from meeting to meeting, thing to thing, and take some time to breathe, think, talk, laugh, and be you, the leader of a successful business AND  so much more. Plan on time to go deep, time to have fun, and time to just relax.

Who is this for women business owners / founders / leaders with a succesful business that is ready to move to the next level. You know there is so much more you want to do and experience in your business and in your life. Whether your working to refine aspects of your business for future growth or you are ready for a breakthrough this group of business leaders will support you through the process.

STUFF YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS AMAZING EVENT:

Okay all you badass business women. You've got questions and we've got answers (or we'll get them if we don't)!

Do I need to attend the full event?

Yes, we want you to be there for the full event. Available by 1:00 pm Tuesday through 4:00 pm Thursday. We promise this is worth the time investment!

What should I plan for the event?

Our agenda is flexible and will be adjusted based on the needs and interests of the group, there will be plenty of time for relaxing and refocusing as you choose. To get the full experience, you need to be fully involved. Come ready to give and receive openly, open to looking at your own business from a new perspective, open to innovation, open to having some fun! We will not be ‘in-session’ for this full time. No work sessions longer than 3-hours with time for 1-2-1 help.

What should I wear?

Business casual is the general theme, if in questions lean toward casual. This is a very supportive group of women, come as you are, you will be welcome with open arms

How can I prepare for the event?

Preparation for the planning work. You will receive emails with information to gather, or questions to consider before the event.   Bring this information with you to use as you set your next steps.

What are the accommodations? I don't really want to share a room.

Never fear you are in a single occupancy fabulous room so that you can have time to reflect, relax and refocus as you wish. Each suite has a king size bed and separate living area with a kitchenette

What does the hotel offer?

Pool and Hot tub, bring a swimming suit! There is also a Continental Breakfast offered daily. Parking is available on site for your convenience.

Are there specific plans for food? (A girls gotta eat after all)

If you have any food allergies or restrictions, please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate. There will be coffee, water, snacks in the meeting room during the sessions. Hotel offers continental breakfast. All meals are included, unless as a group we choose a higher end restaurant for Wednesday night dinner, more information to come.

Duluth is the best! Should you want to stay another night we can take care of reserving the room an additional night for you. Just make sure to let us know prior to the event to ensure availability.
