We are looking for an Admin / Marketing Assistant ( Independent Contractor) who loves to work with professional entrepreneurs. Is this you?


FLEXIBLE, PART TIME remote position working with Small Business Professionals?


We are an established business coaching firm in need of an EXPERIENCED, INDEPENDENT, ORGANIZED, DETAIL FOCUSED, individual to help us better serve our business owners. We are located in the Twin Cities Area and are looking for someone local to the area who would like to join our team.

We are ready to create leverage for our team and expand our client base with an experienced Admin / Marketing Assistant.

  • The part time position is for an independent contractor. We will start at 5-8 hours per week and grow into more hours as you develop your role with us.

  • Our ideal candidate will manage outgoing email communication, calendars for events and marketing, and create social media posts from provided content. While our team primarily works remotely, we prefer someone local to the Twin Cities.

  • You’re an ideal candidate if you are flexible in problem solving and consistent in execution. You are passionate about small business growth and success. You love being in the support role to help everyone stay on track; you are a self-starter; you work well independently and in a collaborative environment; and you find joy and fun in small moments.


Requirements & Proficiencies:

The following outlines the general job requirements and proficiencies for this role:

  • Experience with WIX Website Marketing and CRM management, required

  • Able to create and follow processes to support client communication and calendar management

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)

  • Familiar with Canva, Scheduling Apps, Buffer or similar apps preferred, but will train if necessary

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistency in client communication through processes and emails

  • Manage calendar including event prep and follow-up

  • Maintain CRM on WIX Website

  • Use WIX Website to set up event information and invitations

  • Edit and post weekly newsletters

  • Pre Schedule social media posts with content from events and newsletters

  • Help refine processes for effectiveness and consistency

  • Use existing written material to create consistency in messaging, wording, and visuals for worksheets, newsletters, articles, marketing etc.

  • Help with logistics for local events, some in person support may be requested

  • Have access to high-speed internet and computer with the necessary software

Must be available for meetings / communication during regular work hour Monday-Friday 8:00 -5:00 ct

Tasks done on your schedule


Type: Part-time (>25 hours month to start)
